Lesson 19: VISUALIZATION
This a powerful habit that anyone can acquire, the idea of seeing the end result before setting out to start the action. We know very well that often what we think, what we feel and what manifest is always a match every single time and the idea that things are always created twice is a fundamental idea that we can use to hack our thinking steering it to the right direction. By visualizing we materialize we make it real, it is the preview of the end result of the next actions we want to take.
Currently whatever you are doing or where you are is something that had already happened in your mind. You first form a vague image of what is it you want to do and unconsciously works toward that goal or situation. Notable inventions have always come from the mind first, someone imagines and makes a vivid picture of the solution he wants and then masters all his effort towards achieving the specific solution he imagined before.
We create images in our minds before acting on them, for example when you decide to go on a journey or a road trip you first create a mental picture and see the needs that you will require to successfully accomplish the journey, it is the same principle where we create an image and then fulfill it through our actions, things are created twice, one in our mind and then through our actions.
Visualization is a powerful tool that we can use daily, we can visualize where we want to be or what we want to achieve and create the feeling in our mind first then we have a clear picture of the end result. It is also the basis of starting with the end in mind, you first have a clear picture of the end result and how you want it to be and then start by taking steps towards the end result.
Out of our buSy schedule, we should take the time to Visualize and don’t let our mind to unconsciously decide for us the end the result without us noticing where we are headed. You should remember that things are created twice once in our minds and the next through our actions and that visualization is a powerful concept or us to use in determining the end result of our everyday actions.
