Lesson 17: CHANGE IS INEVITABLE

CHANGE IS INEVITABLE

We often fail to notice the small changes that seem to take place in our daily lives, we are often too busy to take note of what might affect us in the near future. Sometime we see the changes happening all around us yet we still continue to deny that reality; we are too comfortable with our current situation and can be caught off-guard yet we knew it was coming.

This is a paradigm that is deeply engraved in some of us that when the change happens we are caught off guard since we were too comfortable and not envisioning the future and not noting the small changes that were happening all around us.

That is the classic story “Who moved my Cheese” portrays, we realize that change happens and we should always be prepared.
Flexibility is key in adapting to the changes. Getting too comfortable in one place, relationship, organization or jobs might be risky if the small changes that happen on a daily basis are not monitored.

When a change does occur try to adapt with the new environment , the quicker you let go of the old situation the easier it will be to adapt and enjoy the new reality.  Only those who can adapt survive.
