Lesson 8. THE ROUND PEG IN A SQUARE HOLE

We need Disruptive technologies to innovate and come up with solutions to various challenges and problems we often face in our daily lives.

I believe that if you need something and it is not there yet then you have the chance to invent it and come up with a disruptive idea that can solve a need for the people.

That is why we have to fit the round peg in a square hole, dare to dream and think inventively.

That is what we as the 4th generation of African Leaders is expected of us. Dare to dream and think outside the box.

Below is one of my favorite  extract from Apple.

Here’s to the crazy ones.
The misfits.
The rebels.
The troublemakers.
The round pegs in the square holes.
The ones who see things differently.
They’re not fond of rules.
And they have no respect for the status quo.
You can quote them, disagree with them, glorify or vilify them.
But the only thing you can’t do is ignore them.
Because they change things.
They push the human race forward.
While some may see them as the crazy ones, we see genius.
Because the people who are crazy enough to think they can change the world, are the ones who do
