Lesson 9.THE RAT RACE TRAP

Currently being financially aware is a problem that many of us face and don't know what to make of it.Due to fear of financial stability we strive to get jobs  and when we get a job  then the Rat race begins. Wake up daily to go to work  and be able to pay the bills, the cycle continues and we believe that we are safe. That is where we  get it all wrong. we are trapped in the rat race. We also believe that getting a higher pay will satisfy our needs and greed but what I have come to learn is that with  more pay rise nothing changes because the needs also increase due to our desire, you might want to buy more things to satisfy your desire. The trouble with the rat race is that even if you win, you're still a rat.   The whole point we don't understand is that getting a job is a short term solution to the problem we have of being able to  have money and pay for our needs. Lesson 8. THE ROUND PEG IN A SQUARE HOLE

We need Disruptive technologies to innovate and come up with solutions to various challenges and problems we often face in our daily lives. I believe that if you need something and it is not there yet then you have the chance to invent it and come up with a disruptive idea that can solve a need for the people. That is why we have to fit the round peg in a square hole, dare to dream and think inventively. That is what we as the 4th generation of African Leaders is expected of us.
